Jiang Zhuoqing and his delegation visited Pudong protection center on the spot, held a symposium to listen to the report on drafting the regulations on the protection of intellectual property in Shanghai, and put forward requirements for the legislative work of intellectual property protection in this city.

At the symposium, Chen Yajuan, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and ruiwenbiao, director of the Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, respectively reported on the judicial protection of intellectual property, the drafting of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection Regulations (Draft), and the comprehensive management reform of intellectual property in Pudong New Area. It is reported that the regulations on the protection of intellectual property in Shanghai (Draft) were drafted by Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau, reviewed and revised by the Municipal Judicial Bureau.
