According to the joint intention statement of the State Intellectual Property Office of China and Chile Industrial Property Office to extend the pilot project of patent review expressway for deepening cooperation in the field of patent review, the pilot project of patent review Expressway (PPH) between China National Intellectual Property Office and Chile Industrial Property Office will be extended for three years from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023.
The requirements and processes for submitting PPH requests in the above institutions remain unchanged.

The PPH pilot project of China Chile was launched on January 1, 2018 for a period of three years, and ends on December 31st, 2020.
