Recently, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office organized experts to conduct a centralized evaluation on the administrative enforcement files of patent and trademark in the whole province. The evaluation team is composed of experts in practical fields such as Provincial Higher People's court, Provincial Department of justice, Nanjing intellectual property court and some law enforcement backbone.
61 patent and trademark cases were randomly selected, including 21 patent infringement cases, 11 counterfeit patent cases and 29 trademark infringement cases. The same file is scored by two experts in the form of back-to-back scoring, and the disputed files are reviewed by the file reviewers to ensure the fairness and standardization of the evaluation work. At the same time, the experts made a written evaluation on each file and put forward suggestions for improvement.
After the centralized evaluation, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office will sort out and summarize the problems found in the file evaluation, notify the Intellectual Property Office of the city divided into districts, and guide the local governments to carry out rectification, so as to further improve the quality of patent and trademark administrative law enforcement in the whole province.
